In one step, RUSTAME chemically transforms old rust and prevents new rust from forming. RUSTAME converts rust to a protective coating and leaves a tough black polymer finish. It may be used wherever metal is subject to rust corrosion. After curing, RUSTAME forms a protective barrier which does not require a painted finish; however, the surface may be finished with most pigment, oil, latex or lacquer paint, as well as ATCO's STEEL MAX pure stainless steel coating.
